Thermo Fisher Scientific is a Fortune 100 company and global supplier of scientific technology of all kinds, offering innovative solutions for laboratory science, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and biotechnology. With their products available and in use around the world, managing resources for salespeople and owners alike easily becomes almost impossibly complex and time-consuming, without a well-designed tool to locate information quickly and easily.They had a huge data lake to house all the information.
They had the API for channeling it where needed. What they were missing was an effective, user-friendly tool for surfacing the information. To help them solve that problem, we built an intranet site where their salespeople can easily look up pricing information on every item in their product catalog for quicker, more effective customer service. Similarly, we designed a friction-less user interface for their existing clients to reference for locating warranty details.
