Inclusively takes a revolutionary view of employment opportunities for job seekers with disabilities, advertising their skillsets as a pool of hidden talent, just waiting for forward-thinking employers to tap into it. Before approaching HKW, Inclusively had completed an internal rebranding effort with a more modern, playful, inclusive spirit, but they were in need of a website that reflected their refreshed identity.

HKW worked with Inclusively to organize the raw materials of their new brand into a master system for consistent roll-out across their site, app, and collateral. Once the system was in place, we used it to support their team in creating a new site design and theme that resonated with their unique voice.

Simultaneously, we helped them script, storyboard, animate, and produce a feature animation, showcasing their new signature mascots (fondly referred to as the 'pac people'). In tandem, we created a complete set of pac people illustrations, demonstrating the Inclusively App UI in a fun, approachable way. The result is a site that lends warmth and joy to the never-more-important message that radical inclusivity changes lives.
