ComputerCare is a woman-owned IT asset managment and logistics business that stands out in the world of hardware repair, maintenance, and management thanks to its uniquely equitable and inclusive company culture. After multiple changes to their service model to accomodate business growth, their online presence and internal client management had not quite kept pace.

With their CRM system unable to talk directly to their website, their employees had to spend hours manually processing client information and tickets. We worked intensively with their team to improve their workflows, building and customizing an integration for their site and CRM that provides almost complete automation. The integration creates customer portals on the site where clients can send their workorders directly to the CRM and receive status updates in real time, which frees up ComputerCare for more important undertakings.

Their website also needed a refresh to reflect the updated and streamlined user experience, so we centered the design around images of their friendly, diverse team to underline the excellent service and seamless interface clients can expect. We also overhauled all their marketing collateral, from email templates to social posts, to mirror the same vibrant identity.
